Step 1 - Understand how changes in your circumstances affect your pension entitlement
Changes to your personal circumstances may have an impact on your benefit entitlement, so it is important that you keep the Scheme informed.
Step 2 - Keep the Scheme informed
Please keep the Scheme informed of any change in personal circumstances. The tabs on the left take you through some of the more common changes in circumstances. Each will tell you who to inform and what paperwork you need to provide.
Step 3 - Who would you like to receive your benefits when you die?
In some circumstances, benefits are paid upon your death. You can indicate to the Trustee board who you would like to receive those benefits by completing a Wishes Letter (which can be downloaded below). Remember to keep this up to date when your circumstances change.
