Step 1 - Understand how divorce could affect your pension entitlement
Your pension is a valuable asset that can be taken into account in a divorce settlement.
Step 2 - Keep the Scheme informed
Inform the Pensions Department of your divorce. You may have a Pension Sharing Order, change of name documentation and a new address.
If you are not based at Yeovil or have left the Company, call Aon Hewitt to arrange for this information to be sent to them.
Step 3 - Who would you like to receive your benefits when you die?
Following your divorce, you may wish to update your Wishes Letter (which you can download below).
