Looking after the Scheme

The Scheme is set up as a trust, which is entirely separate from the Company. 

It’s managed by a board of Trustee directors who are responsible for ensuring it’s run professionally and in the best interests of all the members. The board meets on a regular basis.

In addition to the trustee board, there’s the Pensions Council, which discusses any pensions issues with the Company and represents the views of the members.
