Your Scheme pension is a valuable asset that can be taken into account in a divorce settlement.

Please let the Scheme administrator, XPS Administration know if you get divorced. You may have a Pension Sharing Order, as well as a change of name and new address details. Please see the Divorce - what to expect guide below.

You might want to update your Expression of Wish form, too. If you’re also a member of FuturePlanner, remember there is a separate Expression of Wish form for those benefits.
